Provision of CBT

Carl has an extensive history of delivering CBT to a range of groups and individuals presenting with a variety of needs. This includes, substance misuse, domestic abuse, depression, compulsive behaviour, anxiety and many others.

Carl has delivered accredited programmes for His Majesties Prison and Probation Service.

Delivery

Carl is able to provide support for those delivering CBT programmes and is also able to provide delivery of programmes both face to face and online. The fee for lead delivery is £70 per hour (not including expenses).
