Group supervision

Group supervision for staff working in a range of professional fields can be hugely beneficial, both in terms of developing and maintaining competent practice and staff resilience.

Group supervision provides a space where staff can bring case-work for reflection and review and be supported to find solutions to obstacles where they exist. Supervision facilitates the exploration and sharing of good practice and non - judgemental critique of skills and knowledge to further develop the staffing and improve outcomes for clients.

There is no area where group supervision cannot add value but it is particularly useful in the fields of health, social care and criminal justice rehabilitation.

Typically the groups will take place on a monthly basis with up to 8 participants. Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes and can be tailored to meet the needs of the employer and the group participants to achieve the best outcomes.
